Questions Candidates Ask Us

Usually two conversations. The first is about you: what you've built, what you're curious about, how you think through problems. The second is a practical exercise close to real work, not a whiteboard trivia round. We try to move fast, most candidates hear back within a week of each stage.
Yes. We're a globally distributed team and most roles are remote-friendly. If you're in Dubai, you're welcome to work from our office as much or as little as you like. What matters is the work you ship, not the chair you sit in.
No. We hire for what you can actually do. Show us something you've built, a project you've shipped, or a problem you've solved, and we'll take it seriously regardless of your background or how many years are on your CV.
Pay is benchmarked to market rate for the work, reviewed annually. We don't do vague equity promises instead of real compensation. If you're doing great work, that shows up in your pay, not just in a compliment.
