ADGM Data Rules and What They Mean for an Agent
ADGM operates under its own common-law legal system, distinct from onshore Abu Dhabi and distinct from Dubai's DIFC. That includes its own data protection regulations, separate from both the UAE's federal Personal Data Protection Law and DIFC's regime.
If your organization is ADGM-registered and the agent will read, process, or store anything counting as personal data, that governs which rules apply to the build: what can be logged, where it can be stored, and what access controls the agent's audit trail needs.
