AI Automation Tools We Implement
We're not tied to one platform. Lenoo AI implements automation across the no-code, RPA, and integration tools listed below, and picks the one that fits your business rather than the one we'd rather sell.
One Implementation Partner, Many Tools
Most automation agencies push a single platform because that's what they know, or what they get a referral fee for. We build automation for a living, not software licenses, so we start from your workflow and your existing stack, then pick the tool that fits: a no-code platform for a straightforward workflow, a self-hosted engine when data residency matters, or an enterprise RPA platform when you're automating a legacy system with no API.
That means we're not selling you Zapier, or n8n, or UiPath. We're selling the outcome: a workflow that runs on its own, built on whichever tool gets you there fastest and holds up over time. Below is the current list of platforms we implement, each with its own page covering how we use it and what we typically build.
In practice, that decision happens during discovery, before we write a single workflow step. We ask what systems you already run, whether any of them lack a modern API, how many people need to understand or edit the automation after we hand it over, and whether compliance or data residency rules apply to what's being automated. Those answers usually point clearly at one category of tool, and often at one specific platform within it, well before we get to the technical design. If two tools would genuinely both work, we say so and let cost and your team's existing skills settle it, rather than pretending there's only ever one right answer.
No-Code vs. Enterprise RPA: Which Category Fits Your Business
No-code and iPaaS platforms like Zapier, n8n, Make, and Power Automate fit businesses with a handful of clear processes to automate and no need for a dedicated automation team afterward. They connect through modern APIs, go live in days or weeks rather than months, and are built so a non-technical team member can read what a workflow does and make small changes without calling us first. That makes them the right starting point for most small and mid-sized UAE businesses, and for a large share of the mid-market too.
Enterprise RPA and integration platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Workato, Boomi, and MuleSoft earn their place in a different situation: high-volume, rules-based processes running on legacy or on-premise systems with no modern API to connect through, or an organization connecting dozens of systems where governance, audit trails, and centralized oversight matter as much as the automation itself. These platforms cost more to license and take longer to implement properly, so we only recommend them when the underlying problem actually requires that level of infrastructure.
A few questions tend to settle which category fits. How many people on your team need to build or maintain automations, and how technical are they? Does your core software expose a modern API, or only a screen for a human to click through? Do you operate under regulatory requirements that demand audit trails and centralized approval before an automation goes live? And how many separate systems does the process actually touch, one or two, or a dozen? A small operations team automating lead routing between a CRM and WhatsApp rarely needs RPA. A bank automating data entry into a legacy core banking system with no API rarely gets there with a no-code tool alone. Most businesses land clearly on one side of that line once we walk through it together on a discovery call.
AI Automation Tools by Category
Browse each category below, or jump straight to the platform you're evaluating.
For businesses that want automation live fast, without a development team. Each platform below trades off differently between speed, flexibility, and how much control you keep over the underlying infrastructure.
Zapier
The fastest way to connect apps and automate everyday, linear workflows. Most UAE teams already have a few Zaps running somewhere, and we build on what exists rather than starting over.
Learn moren8n
Open-source and self-hostable, built for custom code steps and AI agent workflows. It's the platform we reach for when data residency matters or a workflow needs to reason, not just trigger.
Learn moreMake
Visual, branching scenarios for workflows that need more than a straight line. The flowchart view keeps complex, multi-path logic readable in a way a long list of steps doesn't.
Learn morePower Automate
Native automation for businesses already running on Microsoft 365. It connects to Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams under your existing permissions, so there's no separate login to manage.
Learn moreFor enterprises automating high-volume processes, legacy systems, or dozens of connected applications. These platforms cost more and take longer to deploy than a no-code tool, but they hold up under the compliance and scale requirements a large UAE organization actually has.
UiPath
The market leader in RPA, for high-volume, rules-based back-office work. It handles legacy systems with no modern API by operating the same screens a human employee would use.
Learn moreAutomation Anywhere
A cloud-native RPA platform for enterprises managing bots centrally. Its Automation 360 console simplifies rollout across multiple offices compared to older, on-premise-first architectures.
Learn moreWorkato
Governed, IT-approved automation recipes built for larger organizations. IT keeps oversight over what moves where, while department teams still build their own recipes within set guardrails.
Learn moreDell Boomi
Integration built for bridging legacy, on-premise systems with modern cloud apps. Its local Atom runtime connects an on-premise database to the cloud without exposing it to the internet directly.
Learn moreMuleSoft
API-led connectivity for enterprises in regulated industries. It organizes integrations into reusable API layers, so each new connection gets faster to build than the last.
Learn moreNone of the platforms above are ranked, and there isn't a single best one; each solves a different shape of problem. What stays consistent across every project is how we work: we scope the workflow first, name the tool that fits it second, and build with monitoring and documentation included so your team isn't dependent on us for every small change afterward. If your workflow doesn't map cleanly onto any single platform, or spans two or three of them, we design across that boundary rather than force everything through one tool because it's the one we started the conversation with.
